Refund policy

I will avoid legal speak because I don't know it. Nothing on this website has been written by AI other than some code behind the scenes. Obviously there's a merch store here and I want you to be satisfied with the product, and if you're not I'll work with you to resolve that. 

Refunds & Returns

When you order an item, that item is then ordered by me from my supplier, who sends it directly to you. This means that what options you select, such as size and colour, are taken from their stock and sent to production. To get the product to you as quickly as possible, this happens immediately.

Unless there are any physical issues with the item, such as defects, I can't cancel the order. 

Please make sure you double check your order before submitting. If you notice anything that is wrong, email me as soon as possible. If you receive shipping confirmation then it is definitely too late to change anything, but there is a slight chance before then if the supplier is busy.

To be listed on Google, to integrate products into YouTube, I need to state the following:

Returns within 14 days are accepted. The customer is responsible for mailing the return back to the company address, from which there will be a restocking fee 40%* of the product price. You will receive a refund within 14 days. 

*in reality I lose 100% unless I can sell the product on again, but as everything is custom order, printed on demand, I doubt I'll be able to get the full ticket price. This cost covers that and my time for reselling.
