The merch store is a way for you to support the content I make whilst getting something back in return. 

All goods are made to order from the UK. I don't keep stock, everything is printed on demand, so please try to be as confident as possible when making an order as returns can be tricky.

Please contact me via email if you need anything clarifying or if you have an issue with your order. I will need to work with you to resolve it with the supplier.

Lead times can vary, but orders are typically received around a week from placing the order. 

When you select your shipping option, you are choosing the delivery method from when the item is produced. This can be a week or more in some cases unfortunately. 

This delay is quite awkward compared to the 'Prime' service we are used to generally these days, and I appreciate your patience! It's the only way I can get this to work.
